The staff at art 'otel are helpful! The breakfast was a highlight, offering an amazing variety (those pastries were a treat!). The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

I really enjoyed exceptionally good breakfast, particularly nice views.

Good location. Our room is excellent roomy. Staff is very kind. Although you have to book a parking space if you take a car, it is very safe.

Take advantage of the generous early breakfast option. It's prepared ahead for early travelers, ensuring you don't miss out.

The hotel is nice and clean outside, with good location in the center, close to main shopping street and historical places.

While taking a shower you feel like in the lake, water is never passing through. In 5 min you are able to swim. Taking into consideration that doors of shower are not tightly closed (means just not working...), you are in a big danger. My complaint to the staff didn't change anything. The breakfast was quite poor, but eatable. It is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, as they claim.

The central location, friendly staff and absolute quiteness make this hotel a great place to have a relaxing break. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, while small, had a powerful shower and the essential accessories were provided.

While the bedroom had many lights throughout the bathroom mirror was poorly lit which made shaving and make-up application difficult. This is a problem with many hotels I have stayed in recently.

The staff was kind. Loved the happy hours with free drinks and snacks from 6 to 8 PM. The room was cozy, and the location was perfect, just steps from everything. Breakfast was amazing with tons of options 🌟

The offered breakfast was generous and varied with live music. Its location was best possible, just 5 minutes walk from a scenic park. The hotel was in a pedestrian area, short walk to in close, restaurant, shopping, and pedestrian and all major monuments.

Centre of city easy walking to shops resteraunts ect,also quiet at night

There are no facilities for making yourself hot drinks in the rooms

The super nice team, like, they even gave us a bag for our early departure with water and sandwiches. Plus, the breakfast was a real deal, tons of options and they had complimentary wine and cheese in the bar, just what we needed after a long day!

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

Friendly staff, but unprofessional

Gloomy hall, old clothes, open a bottle in the fridge, Breakfast very mediocre, staff unprofessional. The terminal for payment by a credit card did not work

The staff is really welcoming, professional and ready to help you during your stay. This is my 2nd visit to this hotel and the room was even better.

Just the fact that we could not stay to discuss with other customers after 10 p.m. in the bar but I do understand that this was the end of the working hours.

The decor at Art 'Otel really stood out. Every corner reminded me of a unique art piece. Breakfast each morning was a culinary delight, with a wide range of options, from pastries to hot dishes. The staff members were attentive. They treated every request with enthusiasm. I enjoyed a quite spacious Premium Double Room with a lovely balcony to sip coffee in the morning sun. Unfortunately, parking proved to be tricky. Narrow entrances made it hard to navigate, and I had to arrange in advance for my car. The room's AC unit also struggled initially, feeling a bit outdated. I appreciate the artistic vibe but would suggest they pay more attention to parking solutions and modernize some amenities.

Very convenient in the centre of Sofia. Comfortable, modern and at an economical price. Did exactly what was needed for travelling on business.
